All prices are in U.S. Dollars and all payments must be in U.S. Dollars. For your comfort and convenience we offer five methods of ordering. We’ve made it simple by allowing you to choose your preferred ordering method:

Using Caddylak Graffix secure online ordering facility you can order from this site with confidence. This most popular ordering method uses industry standard SSL 128-bit encryption, which simply means that your order cannot be read by anyone as it travels over the internet and is fully secure preventing any type of security breaches or interception. This is our recommended method of ordering. Why is your e-mail required? We need your e-mail to send you your order confirmation, shipping confirmation and a brief thank you for shopping with Caddylak Graffix. • Traditional Mail: This method of order-taking benefits customers who are not confident about disclosing their credit card information online, phone or fax and choose not to use their credit cards as a payment method. Traditional mail can be used to accept practically all of the more conventional payment methods, such as credit cards, debit cards, checks, cashier’s check and money orders. • E-mail: Easy e-mail ordering is available to Caddylak Graffix customers who prefer this popular ordering option. Download a completed printable order form to your computer and e-mail it as a file attachment to orders@caddylakgraffix.com.

Note: Fair Credit Billing Act: It’s important for Caddylak Graffix customers to know that there are laws that protect them when they shop with credit cards in cyberspace. This law gives our customers the right to dispute charges on their monthly bill. In most circumstances Caddylak Graffix customers are held liable only for the first $50 of fraudulent charges.

Payment Options
For convenient online payments, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal through the secure payment service of CSI. For e-mail, fax or telephone payments, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. For traditional mail orders we accept payment by the credit or debit cards listed above, check or money order. When using a personal check or money order, please make payable to Caddylak Graffix. Checks are held until they clear before the order is shipped. Note: In case of a returned (NSF) check, there is a $25 service charge, as permitted by Texas law.

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
At Caddylak Graffix we are committed to offering you the finest Greeting Cards, Christmas Cards, T-Shirts, Cartoons, Gift Labels, Decorative Signs, Yard Signs, Paintings, People Art, Limited Edition Prints, and Open Edition Prints available. We closely monitor the production, manufacturing/printing and shipping of every Cartoon Art Product we sell. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days from the date of shipment for an exchange or a full refund... less shipping and handling. Specific details are set forth in the Return Policy below.

Return Policy
To return goods, save items and packaging and include a copy of your invoice with your return along with a brief explanation of the reason you are dissatisfied. Caddylak Graffix will not accept returns on items that have been personalized, customized, laundered, worn or items damaged as a result of misuse, neglect or improper environmental conditions. Upon receipt and inspection, we will promptly replace it with a new selection of your choice or refund you the cost of the item less shipping and handling.

Shipping and Handling
Charges apply only within the 48 contiguous United States only. Orders are shipped Priority Mail via United States Postal Service. The United States Postal Service claims that it usually takes 2-3 days shipping time anywhere in the contiguous United States but will not guarantee it! Next Day and Second Day Air Shipping are possible on request at extra cost but prompt delivery is not guaranteed in December. UPS and FedEx shipping is also available is requested. Shipping and Handling

If special handling, packaging or shipping is required by you then all charges for will be billed on a cost basis including Custom Artwork.

Shipping Time
We endeavor to ship all orders within 24 hours, Monday - Friday. Allow 2-8 days for U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail Shipping.

Out of Stock Items
You will be notified immediately if an item is out of stock. You will be advised as soon as the item is available and your credit card will not be charged without your authorization.

Sales Tax
If you are not a resident of Texas you will not have to pay a sales tax. All Texas residents are required to pay a sales tax of 8%.

International Duties/Taxes
We are not responsible for any duties or value added taxes that may be assessed by any Customs Office.
