Caddylak Graffix is a art publishing and wholesale/online retail marketing company specializing in paper Greeting Cards and T-Shirts. It is a DBA of Gathings and Anderson Graphic Concepts, Inc. and is the exclusive publisher of “Caddylak” Max Gathings' Greeting Cards, Christmas Cards, Cartoons Limited Edition Prints, Cartoons Open Edition Prints, Paintings Limited Edition Prints, Paintings Open edition Prints and T-Shirts.

It was established in Arlington, Texas in 2002 by two old college friends, Randy "Doc" Rogers, a marketing savvy attorney-entrepreneur and “Caddylak” Max Gathings, a crazy old artist-cartoonist, as a General Partnership. After a year of business another old College friend and Phi Delta Theta Fraternity Brother, Roy "Big Roy" Anderson, an astute businessman and investment entrepreneur and Jet Powered Group, a large web marketing and Development Company got involved in the company and it was incorporated as a Texas Sub Chapter S Corporation.

Caddylak Graffix is a company that legally represents artist-cartoonist Max Gathings. The artist/cartoonist creates original Art Work and Caddylak Graffix publishes it and markets it via direct marketing, wholesale distribution, Street Sales Reps to brick and mortar retailers and retail sales on the World Wide Web. It is committed to old fashioned customer service for folks searching for T-Shirts, Greeting Cards and Christmas Cards that are fun and of high-quality. Its concept is based on the imaginative, creative and talented art abilities of artist, "Caddylak" Max Gathings.
